Best Cookbook Ever Read Aloud, period.
This book is great, like really great.
Not only does it give you some amazing recipes to try out its also great to listen to. I really enjoy Marty’s work, he’s just an all around bad ass!! This book really shines as a cookbook and I’m happy he read it, it really makes for a great cookbook. The PDF is also great and shows you what you need to know, the recipes. It’s worth the one credit, it’s worth two if necessary. Get this cookbook audiobook, and get a hard copy for your coffee table. Support good cooks, doing great work. Thank you Matty!! This was worth every minute.

Not relatable to most cooks; Annoying reader
I understand why many people liked this audiobook although I did not. The stories and anecdotes were indulgent and the recipes are inaccessible to most cooks as they are ingredient-complex and very time-consuming. The print may have been a better choice for me. YMMV
