Excellent ! Coherent and insight based inspiration

increase your potential for manifesting and embodying your "best possible self"
Through anecdotal stories and a lifetime of creative experience, Erin demonstrates a mastery of the art of simplifying the complex and creating real change and renewal through step by step exercises and realizations .

through the use of ancient wisdom combined with current research into physiology and yoga and movement Erin Stutland has created a colorful and inspiring exercises and lessons to illustrate and demonstrate the potential of movement and the science of mantra and more to create a life of purpose and magic.
This may be my favorite book out of many thousands of nonfiction audiobooks I have listened to and applied.

Gets you off your butt and onto the dance floor!

I love, love,love this book. Erin is such an inspiration. At age 71 she is keeping me in top form emotional, physically and spiritually. I also got her $19 cd which I play as I walk my dog..though it is so much fun that I am jumping and laughing as I get all the benefits of working with Erin's mantras.
This is life saving..you will be glad that you made the investment in Erin and in yourself..
