I worked each lesson as they came up in the book and having the Kindle version was a huge plus. Writing down the questions is easier when we can while writing. The questions are in-depth and by answering them I was able to answer questions for three other books. Go through the questions and then apply them. Listen to the author about how to address those who won’t accept the new you. This includes cats since we’re still dancing and moving during all mantras and affirmations!
