Just what I needed!
I have been familiar with the term “mantra” but was not educated to the Sanskrit meaning behind the words. This author puts into words the idea behind energy and vibration associated with chanting the mantras. I see that it is called a beginner’s guide, for me, this will carry me through for a long while, becoming more confident with what I have learned here.
