Every book can be read as a stand-alone but the stories and narration are so good you’ll want to listen to them all in order! 💖🔥

Giggled out loud a few times 😂

I loved Luke and Elliott's story! I know trans is still a lot for some to fully and truly understand, and I think the author did an amazing job with both the physical and mental aspects throughout the story.
Love IS Love, but you must start with yourself so I enjoyed reading Elliott's full acceptance and love for who he is in and out.
And having a big loveable goof like Luke barging into his life ended up being exactly what he never knew he needed.

My comfort series

Every single book in this series has felt like a hug. I love each couple’s journey together to finding love within one another.

Cora Rose continues this fabulous opposites attract series with Luke. Luke is a chaotic, study Van Beek with just the right amount of crazy. He finds his obsession in Elliot, a stern, dominant, and guarded Doctor. Once Elliot acquires Luke, he can’t get rid of him, a Van Beek family trait 😜. While Luke and Elliot bring you the chaos, shminky steam, and obsessed vibes you expect from a CR book they also bring you compassionately written trans rep and self acceptance. Cannot recommend this book or series enough. Cora Rose just does not miss, y’all.

Love this series

So, the great thing about this series, is that once you’ve met one character, you meet them again as friends, spouses, sisters and cousins in this evolving ensemble of kooky, caring, accepting and uniquely divergent cast of characters. I will definitely drop back in on all of them when done. But, I won’t knock or call ahead. I’ll just show up because that’s how these people roll. Ya gotta love them…each and every one.

Love this book!

I love the entire series, but this book is such a rare find. It has snark and steam and gooey feelings, but it also touches on the fears and insecurities of a trans man and the bigotry he experiences even from the LGBTQ+ community. And the steamy scenes are super hot 🔥

The narrative

The way the story was told and how I laughed or smiled while listening to it. This is an amazing audio book.

Beautiful story of letting go of the past

Narration was perfect!! Love all Cora’s books. The perfect amount of angst and spice! Luke is amazingly calm and levelheaded! So in love with this book!

I love this series and this is such a great story (Cora strikes again!) but I couldn’t get over how unfitting the voices were for the characters. Elliot performed in a frat bro voice really threw me off, while Luke had the calm smooth voice. Totally backwards! I love these voice actors it’s nothing on them, they just should have switched roles.
