Strange Advice
I expected a book more grounded in actual scientific and psychological approaches. This turned into advice about past-life regression and dubious claims of generational trauma. For example, the author claims a man felt insecure because his mother was left in her crib too long as an infant. If you want to believe these things, this book would probably be fine for you. However, I think it’s fair to let others know about these aspects before buying the text.
