I found Dr. Abby podcast first and the book did not disappoint!!!!! Dr. Abby knows her stuff!!!!!!
I’ve been listening to Dr. Abby’s podcast and was thrilled she wrote a book. The book closely mirrors the podcast which I enjoy because it reinforces the message and gives me reminders of things I had forgotten from a prior podcast. I love being able to flip to and reread a chapter that pertains to something I might be going through. I often recommend Dr. Abby’s book and podcast to my friends and family. She includes the science behind the psychology, practices, and why we feel or do the things we do and provides practical resolutions, which more often than not makes us recognize and call ourselves out our own b.s. I really love her no-nonsense, yet loving, delivery. Definitely a worthy read! Give the book as a gift to everyone you care about!

Thoroughly enjoyed!
Dr. Abby is so intuitive - she gives different perspective on certain topics.
I could relate to just about anything she said and realized what I was doing wrong.
Just a breath of fresh air to know that I’m not the only one that feels x, y & z. I will be implementing everything I learned to my relationship with myself and those around me.

Best Book on Relationships I ever read
Abby is the person, and this is the book, that has helped me the most for the past 12 months.
She breaks everything down into little nuggets that I can absorb and quickly apply.
What can I say? This woman is living her divine purpose.
Her ideas are simple. Practical. They work. They change lives.
I wish I had something clever to say to get you to read this book.. you would think I was her publisher. I am not. Just an anonymous woman who has suffered in relationships that were debilitating and even dehumanizing at times..
Abby, this book, her podcast, her love. changed my world.
She even helps me help my therapist... yup. Facts
