Publisher's Summary

Annie Peck finds herself in a terrible situation and is literally running for her life. A chance encounter with a surprising lookalike leads her towards a risky solution.

Captain Caroline West knows she is lucky to be one of the few women cruise ship captains in the world. Sadly, not having a standard nine to five job means relationships are nearly impossible and she's all but given up on finding anyone.

Join these two women for an all-expenses-paid cruise of the Mediterranean and find out what happens when an identity thief with a heart of gold meets the rule-abiding woman who could throw her in jail.

This surprised me

At first, I didn’t think I would like this book. The narrators pitch is a bit higher than I expected and I just couldn’t get in the groove of the story. However, a few chapters in, I began to really enjoy the story and in the end, I was disappointed it ended so quickly. I love a good mature/young romance and this was a fantastic one. It’s now at the top of my favorites list. Definitely worth a listen. I’ll probably listen to it a few more times.

Running For Your Life Boat

Annie Peck is literally running for her life. After witnessing a terrible crime she must find a way to get out of Spain. A look alike celebrity gives her the chance for an anonymous week on a luxurious cruise.
Captain Caroline West is one of the only women sea ship captains in the world. When they keep bumping into each other their attraction grows. An identity thief and the woman who can put her in jail is not the expected winning combination.
An age gap romance on the high seas. Recommend.

Loved the story

This is a very well written book, with an interesting story line, great characters. Usually narration can build up a book or destroy it. I liked the story so much that I forced myself to ignore the narration, it was bad...

Very enjoyable, as usual!

You can’t go far wrong with an Amanda Radley book and this little sea jaunt is more evidence of this. Wonderful main characters, intriguing supporting characters and the beautiful surroundings of the Mediterranean. I’ve never fancied a cruise myself, but I do now.
A lovely, easy and entertaining read.

A tough listen

I usually love Amanda Radley’s books but I found this narrator difficult to listen to and it was really hard to connect with the characters. It took me a long time to get through the book.
