Publisher's summary

New York Times best-selling author Karen Kingsbury—the “queen of inspirational fiction” (Time)— is acclaimed for her poignant, uplifting novels.

In this moving story, Jack and Molly Campbell are enjoying a wonderful life with Joey, their four-year-old adopted son. But their world is soon shattered when they learn Joey's biological father is out of prison and wants to begin a new life with his son. And when a judge orders them to surrender Joey, the Campbells desperately consider taking their son and disappearing—just like dandelion dust.

A Heartfelt Tear Jerker

What made the experience of listening to Like Dandelion Dust the most enjoyable?

I love this audio... it made me laugh, cry and I could really relate to what the characters were going through! Life has it's ups and downs..... but when we are going through the storms it's best to leave it in GOD's hands instead of trying to take things into our hands... but even when our flesh takes over and tries to control our fate, GOD will step in and HE will always be the hero!!

Not Quite Predictable

At first I thought that the story was going to be predictable. I also thought that it might be religiously sappy. I was wrong on both accounts I found that as I got deeper into the story I started wondering how on earth this was going to work out. I was also pleasantly surprised at the author's development of the characters as they really discovered God's care in their lives.

Waste of my time.

Insipid and uninspiring and BORING. I'm not even sure why I listened to the entire book. I guess I kept hoping for improvement.

Don't like the narrator's voice

I am interested in the story, but I can't get past the narrator's voice - its not for me. I'm going to have to read this one on paper

I wasn't able to listen to this book as the audible was very poor and the reader kept skipping every few sentences.

Was looking forward to this book and was disappointed I wasn't able to enjoy it.

Kept me hooked. LOVE the narrator

Excellent narration! I found the book by following the narrator. As usual, he was fantastic! I can usually guess which way a story is going to go but this one kept me guessing until the end. I couldn't hardly turn it off. Listened every moment I got. Can't wait to read more Kingsbury & hear more McDonough!

Emotional roller coaster of a story; well done

I think this would be a great book for a book club. Wish I had recommended as last month’s book but I’ll still recommend it to the ladies, and recommend a box of tissues too.

Another excellent book !

Karen Kingsbury has done it again! Like Dandelion Dust is an excellent example of bringing a story to life. I love the way that Mrs Kingsbury uses scripture to illustrate her work. Her characters and stories are always interesting!

Powerful

This was a wonderful book. And one of my most favorite narrators. I feel she described the emotions very well.

A Mother’s Love

Never doubt the heart of a mother for her child, it goes to unimaginable lengths. Add to that the trusting prayer of a child, I think God’s heart is so tender to those prayers. Karen Kingsbury has givi
