Powerful Book on Love & Loss

This book captures your attention from the 1st page. It is captivating with the characters and storyline. It will certainly give you a new appreciation for anyone who has lost a love one to a drunk driver and a reality check into the system. The scriptures at the start of each chapter was fantastic - my favorite part! Powerful story! Karen Kingsbury is a spiritually gifted author! She allows the Lord to share His message through her books! Praise God - we need more authors like Karen Kingsbury!

Importance of forgiveness

This book had my full attention. It was hard to put it down while reading. It deals with very real issues pertaining to loss of beloved family members at the hands of a reckless, irresponsible individual. In the midst of the living tragedy, unforgiveness almost ruins the lives of the Mom and daughter who are left to continue on.

What a blessing to my heart

The Lord really spoke to my hear through this book on forgiveness. I can’t change what happened in my past but I can change my future by forgiving those that hurt me in the past Thank you karen kingsbury for writhing this book

Very well read in the Audible version.led my wife and I to ask ourselves, “How would I react to an unthinkable tragedy? What would it do about my faith in the love and Justice of God. (It drove us to ready anew the book of Lamentations, so often overlooked because Jeremiah opened his heart to the tragedy of Israel’s sin and the judgement that God brought to His chosen people to bring them to repentance, to revival and to reconciliation! Read it!
