Powerful Book on Love & Loss

This book captures your attention from the 1st page. It is captivating with the characters and storyline. It will certainly give you a new appreciation for anyone who has lost a love one to a drunk driver and a reality check into the system. The scriptures at the start of each chapter was fantastic - my favorite part! Powerful story! Karen Kingsbury is a spiritually gifted author! She allows the Lord to share His message through her books! Praise God - we need more authors like Karen Kingsbury!

Importance of forgiveness

This book had my full attention. It was hard to put it down while reading. It deals with very real issues pertaining to loss of beloved family members at the hands of a reckless, irresponsible individual. In the midst of the living tragedy, unforgiveness almost ruins the lives of the Mom and daughter who are left to continue on.

What a blessing to my heart

The Lord really spoke to my hear through this book on forgiveness. I can’t change what happened in my past but I can change my future by forgiving those that hurt me in the past Thank you karen kingsbury for writhing this book

Powerful! Amazing book!

This book grabbed my heart from the beginning! I didn't want to stop listening because it was we so so good! Karen Kingsbury is beyond gifted and the way she uses the Lord's truth is powerful. Everything about this book was truly incredible. Highly recommend it! Looking forward to book #2 in this series.

Heart warming

No only does this book draw you in, there are many moments of relation. It is easy to find yourself blaming characters in this book, however, stepping back and realizing the judgement we ourselves hold.
Karen has an incredible way of bringing truth and realization to each reader. I write down many Scriptures from her books and love having that devotion time away from reading.

Surprisingly real

I struggled to finish this one. The story was awesome and shockingly realistic but I just couldn't stand the main character. That is a good thing though. I think she acted exactly as someone in her position would act. That is why I say it is shockingly real.

Very Moving

We may never experience such tragedy and loss like Hannah or Jennie, but know that God is faithful in all things brings me comfort. Thank you Karen Kingsbury
