Is she drunk?

It’s actually great content, but she’s reading it like she’s hung over or something. She’s having a hard time reading, she pauses in the middle of sentences multiple times per paragraph.

I get the feeling she recorded this on her own and didn’t do multiple takes, just to save time. Very distracting.

As an entrepreneur, I've encountered a broad range of legal questions. This course covers the topics that most often come up. The examples and concepts are clearly presented, practical and useful. Professor Spooner is also an enjoyable teacher. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking to understand the essentials of business law.

Informative but hard to listen to

The content is good. The narration is not very good. It was akin to listening to someone read a report in school.

Good entry level information

This is a basic intro to law class for non-lawyers if feels. The information is solid for anyone wanting a footing in different legal information. The reader sounds a bit like she is being forced to read at gunpoint at times so it isn’t a professional reader. Felt bad at moments as it’s clearly not the narrators bread and butter. Yet I would still recommend to any one wanting basic US law information about business.

Professor Spooner clearly knows her stuff. This audio lecture series offers clear practical advice, illustrated with helpful cases, on topics like torts, contracts, intellectual property, etc. If you are looking for a a strong overview of the fundamentals, this is it.
