Leadership by Experience
So here's the thing, this is a book about leadership by a leader. Not a PHD or academic, but a thrown into the fire, dive right in leader. He had no choice and that is what makes this fascinating, relevant and entertaining. Also, Jim should be recording everyone's books, he is an artist.
