Great story read by the author!

I enjoyed this a lot. I felt as if the author had sat down with me to share his story and experiences. Learned a lot on how we should be treating our employees. I got a lot of great takeaways that I am already implementing with my "tribe"!

New Manager Perspective

I'm a new manager in a large global tech company. The company already has a set of values, mission statement, and vision, but the current company culture reveals that they are unfocused and lack meaningful definitions. While I can't change the culture of the entire company, I can certainly start cultivating the culture within my team. The principles and stories that Piyush has put together have really inspired me to lead my team in an affective way. I must disclose that I was part of the Digital-Tutors team and they were the best 4 years of my career. I have personally lived out the principles of this book, but now that I'm a new manager, it brings out whole new perspective. I have already begun to put in place some of the simpler principles and I'm feeling more confident in my team and myself. I can sense a renewed vigor within them and the work we are doing.
