Atticus Archer has finally caught a break.

I really like the story, I like the way everything clicks it doesn't feel rushed or pushed.
10/10 would recommend.

Great emotional depth

This book covers a lot of emotional issues that a lot of people in our society. These days are facing. That said the spice in this book is absolutely incredible. The world building is pretty amazing. I’d love to take a vacation to Lakeside myself. The narration was a high note definitely. There is just one tiny problem in the early chapters. The timeline of events seems to get juggled around a little bit. I won’t go into any spoilers, but let’s just say certain events involving our main character and the release date of his video game jumps around good couple of months from when he says he completed it And it’s only a small nitpick. All in all love the book. Can’t wait to read the second one.

Adults acting like Adults for fun and excitement

The story is very hot and engaging to the reader. Reader are treated to hot fun without a silly drama. VERY HOT AND ENGAGED

perfect storm

I never thought a guilty pleasure could be this way. the unrealistic fun feels so earned with all of the personality in each character

Wow a surprisingly deep age gap.

I was blown away with how good this book ended up. The relationships are well built and the progressive build up is well done. I'm just saying alot of people can get some takeaway from this story. I went and apologized to my wife for something this book pointed out that I was doing. enjoyed it and can't wait for book 2.

Great character development

Really great story. Very well written and narrated. I love Misty’s writing style. Hopefully 2 is on audible very soon.

Everyone's adult fantasy coming true!

As a man in my late 20s, I find a profound appreciation for the idea of being with a mature woman. Listening to and reading "Lakeside Cougar" has been an incredible experience; I've truly enjoyed every moment of it! Jessica's performance is outstanding, and the characters are so thoughtfully developed and relatable. I would wholeheartedly give it a 5 out of 5! I'm eagerly looking forward to reading book 2 and exploring more of Misty Vixen’s beautiful work!

Misty's best book!

Listening to the relationship's in this audiobook was more satisfying then most of the dates I have gone on.

This book was amazing, and I am looking forward to the progression with Colleen and Atticus in the next book.

Manipulative and whinny

I’m often looking for a reverse age gap story. I was excited for this book. But the woman’s constant whining and manipulation of her male suitor made it too hard to listen to. I made it about 1/2 way before cutting my losses. The concept has so much potential. It’s the execution the was wrong. It was less of a sexy romance and seemed more like a therapy session for the writer.
