Publisher's Summary

In the epic sequel to the New York Times best-selling novel The School for Good and Evil, Sophie and Agatha are home, living out their Ever After. But life isn’t quite the fairy tale they expected.

When Agatha secretly wishes she’d chosen a different happy ending, she reopens the gates to the School for Good and Evil. But the world she and Sophie once knew has changed.

Witches and princesses, warlocks and princes are no longer enemies. New bonds are forming; old bonds are being shattered. But underneath this uneasy arrangement, a war is brewing and a dangerous enemy rises. As Agatha and Sophie battle to restore peace, an unexpected threat could destroy everything, and everyone, they love - and this time, it comes from within.

Soman Chainani has created a spectacular world that Newbery Honor-winning author Ann M. Martin calls “a fairy tale like no other, complete with romance, magic, and humor that will keep you turning pages until the end.”

Is there story over it's just began

At the end of book one you would've read that Sophie and Agatha have defeated the master of the school and their kiss take some back home. But of course it seems a little anti-climatic chick that a woman and woman could Seal a kiss and have that the end of the story. They open the story with them getting ready for as Sophie would call it a one woman performance Agatha's. so excited to be loved and adored that she doesn't want it to end but she realizes that even though they're back things can't always stay with Agatha as the center of attention. Her father is getting remarried Agatha hates it and you'll see that a little bit of the evil which is showing through. Of course Sophia scared but Sophie also is not happy she sees love she sees happiness and once more sodas Agatha. They get swept right back into the fairytale world with a simple wish. But when they get their things aren't exactly how they thought it would be the school for good is now the school for girls and the school for evil is now school for boys how will that change everything that we know. Find out Tedrow's and the rest of the gang is enjoy the time that you have to listen to this book you know how they say reading is the key to where you want to go will you want to know more pick up this book enjoy.

An Ugly Fairytale

It's a different kind of fairytale. Not beautiful not gruesome. Something new. I wasn't sure a man could really pull off a story about the friendship between two girls, but here I am at the end of the second book about to devour the third. I love these and they are absolutely worth reading.

Wasn't as good as the first.

I struggled with this book. There was too much going on which made it hard to follow and unnecessary character stories. I'm committed to this series so let's see what the 3rd book brings.

Unexpected and amazing

A little slow to get started, found it difficult to pay attention. But as soon as they were back at the school things really picked up and it was a non-stop adventure that was constantly keeping me in my toes. Very good book. Ending was totally unexpected and fantastic.

Just as good as the first book. Fantastic story, and the new villain is deliciously evil.

If you could sum up A World Without Princes in three words, what would they be?

Gripping, Amazing and Magical

What about Polly Lee’s performance did you like?

I love Polly Lee. She's great and I love her voices for each character.
