Should she go along with Ingrid’s schemes, or should she stand up for what she believes in? The decision will have a major impact on Sophie, her mother, and Leo himself!

I loved it. great book for a middle schooler. great story for an adult. enjoy

Wonderful integration of character plot and theme.

Suspenseful and concise....loved subtle tributes to Ayn Rand, true coming of age classic. Hope to see sequel one day.

Despite being aimed at teenagers, this was one of the loveliest, most moving stories. I have read in a long time.

I loved how the story described these young people’s journey toward thinking for themselves! The milestones they encounter and the roadblocks they overcome are relevant to everyone’s life journey. I can’t wait to listen to it again.
