Great ressource

This audiobook on keto diet is helpful and a great guide to find a balance between food and our bodies. I liked how informative it was, while also giving useful tips and a great meal plan. This book is inspirational and positive, I really believe that I learned a lot from it, and I wished I had read it earlier! I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their eating habits, but also for people who are tired of diets that don’t work.

Great ideas to plan for meals and plan varity

The narrator has a great voice, i loved listening to great things that can happen as well as the negative side effects that could occur from being on this diet. Planning out your meals and getting creative in the kitchen is always a wonderful idea. I can't wait to get more of these keto snacks to help out through the day. This book covers how to adapt to social challenges especially if you're the only one on the diet. The audiobook covers keto for kids or teens, and how to follow through with those obstacles. But its still important to work with a nutrition to ensure micronutrients are involved in their diets. I'm not sure what almond butter is but now I'm getting my grocery list drafted up :)
