But Kane isn't the only one the man attacked. And while an infected wolf turned human, the people he bit became something else. Something horrible.

Before they can get answers from the Biting Man, Emelda and Kane need to first take down the monsters he created.

Meh, not really to my taste

Frequent taking of the Lord's name in vain, throughout the whole book, put me off this book. Occasionally funny, lots of sarcasm & largely unbelievable, and some really gross parts made this book a little hard to finish. On the upside, the book is written without resorting to gratuitous sex & pornography. Definitely not interested in continuing this series, though.

Kane

Dick Wybrow conjured a fantastic story named Kane! It's the first in a series giving high expectations for the following ones!
Oh my! This was soo funny in parts I laughed out loud. i was in a doctor office, too! I smiled at the curious, pulled up the book as I was listening to audiobook. I did show the 4 women there that were very curious about a book that had me laughing, so I encouraged them to try it.

entertaining funny but serious. I hope for more like it. and sad girls are always interesting

The humor

I was looking for a humorous story, and I certainly found it. I lo e Kane's POV.

It's well written and funny

Honestly, I wasn't sure about this book when I first started reading but I gave it a chance and it is awesome! Not only is it well written but it's funny. The storyline is super interesting and the quirkiness lifted my spirits. This is one of my favorite series

Wolfweres can be funny

I did not think this would be my kind of story at first but once I got to know Kane and Imelda, I was hooked. Some parts were laugh out loud funny, others thrilling adventure. Before I had finished this audio book, I had purchased the next two in the series.

FRESH and Fun!

Kane, an unwitting wereman, and Emelda, a sad girl-team up to chase down the monster responsible for changing Kane from a wolf to a man. Chaos, adventure and crazy killings ensue. This is a fresh story, smart and well written and very well narrated. I listened to it in one day!

excellent narrators- story good but dragged

The narrators were phenomenal. Story was good, but I felt it ran a bit long in some parts. Has some humorous parts to it. Will listen to next book and see how I feel about that. Love the accents!

Unique Premise

Imaginative twist on werewolf legends. I enjoyed reading something different. The narration was excellent.

What a fun, engaging story!

Needed a break from my usual romance genre.
This is such a fun book! Twisty plot, great characters, good pacing and excellent narrators.
Definitely going to binge this series!
