Relatable, Disability Awareness forward

I loved the whole book! I can’t wait to listen to the next one. The acting was amazing and I could picture everything so clearly. I couldn’t stop thinking about it even when I wasn’t listening.

Good story bad narration

The overall story is good you really like the characters and the imagery is good as well.

Omg, the narration on this book is painful. Switching from one voice to another is quite jarring. Segues from one chapter to another was not smooth.

Awful narration

The story is okay. Not amazing. Just okay. The miscommunication trope is going strong, and the fmc is a perfect cookie cutter of stupid, but so, so special.

I probably would have given the second book a try to see if it gets better, but the female narrator is so melodramatic that she often puts emphasis on the wrong parts of syllables. We also have the friend with the chipmunk voice, since she has no idea how to do more than one voice without resorting to extremes.

It's really obnoxious to listen to for me. I'm not giving the next a try because of it, but it might not annoy you at all.
