Easy informative guide on making the best impression staging your home with art.
Wish I'd had this guide when I last sold my house as it has some very easy and smart tips.
When I downsize I plan to use many of these ideas in decorating my new home.
I especially loved the section about using plants.
Choosing dimensions of various art and rug sizes for a space was also very helpful.
I would recommend picking up a copy if you are trying to sell your house.

I often joke with friends and family that interior design is a foreign language to me so “Just Add Art” was perfect for my needs!

Falling in Love with a Home

I loved this short but jam packed book about adding art to a home for selling it. The author and I share mutual interests for the love and enjoyment of decorating a house, especially the wall art. I have been recently cleaning up my room and taking down, adding, and rearranging decors, decals, and portraits. I thought I knew everything already about this, however this book highlights and covers everything I didn't know as well. You should use it as a reference for dressing up your homes for sale. I like how the author tells you what type of art and décor go with certain room themes. You can't just add whatever you want to a room, there is more to it then that. It is very short so it won't take much of your time to listen, and is so worth your time!

It's always the details that make the difference, and this book is full of tips on how to turn a house into a home. 
I found the chapter on colors and photographs interesting, and in particular the advice to take down one's personal and family photos. I hadn't thought about it, but potential buyers might feel a sense of foreignness or disconnection, and that might not do much for the transaction.
