• How To Balance Your Hormones Naturally with Hertime: Live Q&A EP241
    Apr 23 2024

So many women struggle feeling their best every day of the month, because they don't realize that symptoms that come along with hormone imbalance, like cramps, bloating, moodiness, pain, acne, etc. are negotiable. That's right, just because we women, doesn't mean we are meant to suffer when it's that time of the month or when it is a certain time of our life, like postpartum or perimenopause or menopause.

On today's episode, Cody recorded a live session with real life Hertime customers who shared their questions about Hertime. What is Hertime? Who should use Hertime? How do I use it to effectively say goodbye to hormonal havoc for good?

Hertime is a nutritional supplement that helps balance hormones as it is taken daily. For women searching for PMS relief, Hertime is the most enjoyable, effective, long-term solution among PMS solutions, because the ingredients nourish the root cause of hormonal imbalance through delicious and high-absorption delivery, and eliminate the need for additional PMS aids. No matter the phase of your cycle, Hertime supports your health by keeping your hormones in check.

  • Everything You Need To Know About Endometriosis EP236
    Mar 19 2024

Endometriosis is a common health issue affecting women—one in ten women have it! And I would say that probably ten out of ten women have been dismissed by their doctor at some point in their journey. Because typically, you go to your doctor with signs and symptoms of endometriosis, and the first thing you're told is, “Oh, here, just take the pill. Here's a painkiller; periods are meant to be painful and that's just the way it is.” In this episode, we’re going to talk about the symptoms of endometriosis and some strategies to help you get the care you need.

Many women go for years struggling because doctors dismiss their symptoms and try to suppress them with medications—without getting to the root cause. Sometimes doctors have to use some form of hormonal contraceptive to treat a woman with symptoms of endometriosis, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t ask why she has these symptoms.

On today's episode, Cody goes into a deep dive about the what, why and how when it comes to understanding Endometriosis.

  • Women’s Health Isn’t Being Taken Seriously: International Women's Day EP234
    Mar 5 2024

There are some crazy facts out there about women's health that you might be shocked about. For instance, did you know that it was only in 2015 when the NIH required medical investigators to consider sex as a biological variable?

In this episode, Cody invites Jess Toolson and Sine Bentley to join in on this conversation about current stats on women and their reproductive health, those that are experiencing Endometriosis, ovarian cancer, as well as how the medical world treats women's heart health and pain management.

We want to break down the barriers that women face in healthcare by giving you a greater understanding of your own health. We want to empower women, so they feel more in control over their own health and have the confidence to seek medical help if problems arise.

There needs to be more resources and guidance to improve diagnostic criteria and time, understanding of disease pathologies, and medical outcomes. We have to build awareness and trust, to empower women to talk to their doctor when they feel something isn’t quite right. GPs also need to receive greater training on female specific problems, so women are diagnosed earlier, and their health concerns are taken seriously and not dismissed or marginalized.
