I found this audiobook to be really helpful. I think we've all experienced some form of betrayal in our lives, but the author is very encouraging and compassionate, and shares how a person can overcome the difficulties we experience due to these types of traumas. This book discusses the topic from a religious perspective, and uses bible scriptures and stories to help demonstrate the author's points. I found this to be inspiring and felt that it added an additional layer of help for the reader. The recommendations the author makes in the book for overcoming betrayal trauma are shared in a way that is very easy to understand and easy to follow. I think just about anyone can benefit from the information in this book.
