Not good.
There are much better books on this subject. First hour is mostly negative disclaimers. It is scattered and full of what not to do and who shouldn't do it. After powering through that part I was hoping that the book would get started with what to do and why, but it falls short. Poor almost childish explanations of the science and overall it's just not motivational. I didn't finish the book as it was hard to listen to. It doesn't sound like it's written by an expert but rather like a high-school report. It has some (reading?) errors in it as well. Second half of the book are just recipes. Not something I'd listen to someone read....

Great to put it into practise
So I waited a while to review this as I just wanted to see how it worked and so far I have lost a stone in a month - combination of this and being able to finally exercise. It was relatively easy to do once I listened to this book and the narration was really good. Made me feel better
