Different story, different read

I hesitate to say that the story is unique, because I have not read all stories, but this story is different than any that I've read. Strictly speaking, it may be called a fantasy because the main character and a few others are immortal. But they are not vampires. It's also a love story and a coming of age story. There's a bad guy who later turns out to be not so bad and a worse guy who does not emerge victorious. It took me a minute to get used to the Welsh accent but I quickly came to enjoy the reading. The narrator keeps the story moving along and shows appropriate emotions. Great book. I recommend it.

Its ok.

The editing needs work. Toward the end of the book it gets worse. The narrator voice is grating at times.
