I had elevated expectations after hearing Dr. Bailey on stage after stage. They were met and exceeded. The transparency and insight provided in this book encourages you to see your relationships from a new perspective. Sometimes being simply direct is the best route. This book does that. With real life examples and extractions that benefit both the male and female reader. Men Listen up. Women Listen in!

This book was well written and narrated, filled with practical advice, while being profoundly simplistic in how it is laid out. Easy to connect with the reader/listener while navigating some difficult topics. This book provided clarity on each topic what the chapter was about and clearly laid out the details offering interesting insights and raw, vulnerable, real life experiences. All which truly spoke to the heart. The author's ability to candidly share personal experiences supported the feelings of relatablility for me as the reader, which was helpful. The author discusses the content with us not at us. The book was great and something I can easily share with my partner with confidence that he will find value in the information shared as well. Yesterday, I binged on this great Audio Book, “Ignite The Power of Women”

This should be read by both women and men. It touches on so many aspects in life….personal, business and even dating. It also talks about how important a Father is in our lives, and the impact they have.

This book teaches that forgiveness can set us free. It inspires me to raise the bar within myself, for me and for others. Having better boundaries, affirms and protects what I value.

We all know we need to communicate, but Simon says we need to connect more. I learned early in grade school, to do what Simon says! 😊

I think we need a KayLee says too! I say, we need to lift others up, and be kind. This book makes us want to do that.

Honest and Vulnerable

Love how Simon is vulnerable and candid throughout the book. Saw him in person in LA and knowing he is truly passionate about what he speaks, and how he encourages us all to look within self reflection in our approach or things that we can control. His laugh is contagious so learning to be vulnerable in a happy environment is key to success.
