Six Figure Career Secrets

This is a wonderful book for every serious careerist. You won't be able to implement all the tips at once but put this lunch in the bag for when you're hungry later

This is something I plan to listen to at the beginning of each year when it's time to get my strategy together. I plan to be a six-figure woman in 3 years.

The advice gets stronger with each chapter!!

I am not at the beginning of a career but still love solid advice on professional growth. This book is great for people starting new careers, mid career shifts, those transitioning to different opportunities and entrepreneurs regarding winning business by understanding needs. I was a little turned off when I first started the book because that portion is geared towards people in the very early stages of career development. However "Carla's pearls" kept coming into my lane touching where I am today and where I am heading. The book has something for everyone. We read this in our book club and I recommend it.

Just What I Needed!

This book was the GPS I needed to navigate my career to the next level. Unfortunately I do not have a sponsor or mentor to leverage his/her social/political capital on my behalf, but I have an exceptional work history and education and now I have Carla Harris! Thank you Carla, through your books you have become my most valued mentor whom I've not met.

Great advice.

Excellent advice for early, mid, and transitioning careers, full of relatable, straightforward examples. Carla Harris spells out career strategy essentials in an approachable and motivating way. This audiobook was delightful and one I plan to revisit.

I loved it!! Listening to Carla Harris share her pearls of wisdom on how to strategize one's career and take responsibility for one's career path was very inspiring. It was like having my very own executive coach giving me play by play tips on how to successfully advance in my career journey!!

Carla does it again!!! If you’ve ever wondered how to navigate the hills and valleys of your career journey or ever felt like you wish you had someone to give you career advice, this book is for you!
I read Expect To Win last year and was blown away by the positive results I got after applying Carla’s pearls of wisdom. I’ve increased both my performance and relationship currency at work and I can attribute this to her advice and nuggets of wisdom.
I love that she speaks with authenticity and leaves no corner unturned when it comes to everyday career issues that we face.
Read this book and if you don’t have the time, — listen to the book on audible! I actually have the hard copy but I’m happy I got it on audible because it allowed me to hear the examples directly from her (she gives examples of what and how to say things when faced with difficulties at work).

In conclusion— get the book! You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to read whatever she comes up with next!
