Great book
This book was great and worth another listen. I did have one question about whether the loan would be paid off after your end buyer sold after wholesaling to him. The new loan from the qualified buyer would pay you off and you wouldn't keep getting the streams of income. How does that work?

After reading his first book I was amazed with the information provided. with this book I feel it feels it didn't deliver for it's title. overall is a good listen. I feel he explains the "what" but not so much the "how"
