This was so fun to listen to! Kris and Nate’s banter was so fun and made it one of my favorites in the series. I will definitely be doing a relisten soon!

Money Can’t Buy Love

This was a great story reminding us that love truly is priceless. Despite their backgrounds and current circumstances Kris and Nate started as a fake relationship but soon realized that you can’t stop love from blooming. They will need to rely on each other to get through their each of their own family traumas that have tainted their views on love. This was a great addition to the series!

Aiden snow is the best.. friggin love him so much! This book was good. I enjoy everting Ana Huang writes!

This was fun

The banter was playful and funny and easy flowing. The characters were perfect and I loved both of them. The supporting actors were perfect. In this story blunted well flowed well great thank you.

Just such a good story, overall 10/10! Ana Huang is just an amazing author!

cute story narration meh

what a cute story I think that the characters did develop and grow nicely I love the inner play of the main characters and the storyline was really believable no real loose ends to tie up and a great sweet happy ending clearly it ended with some suggestions of a follow-on book so that's nice ready to move on to the next installment just thinking with this series that this should have the female narration was May I just really think it's weird her breathy character sounds and her male voice is just horrible it sounds weird and it doesn't sound like the men because we get the male perspective as well so I don't know the duet might be better for Cindy at the narrator or Anna Wong's General overview of her books and narration of her books but I would say the narration is what brings the overall performance down on to the next book

Emotional and plot driven

I started this book right after the last one and I’m ready to hear about Kris and Nate. “If Love Had a Price” is an emotional, plot driven and romantic fake dating romance that was a good addition to the series.

Kris is one of the original characters from the first book and while she gave off a spoiled rich girl vibe, she still intrigued me. Her using her Dad’s money was never about control but about spoiling her friends. She grew up as an only child with her Dad when her mom left them when she was two years old. Kris was used to being by herself but also wanted to make sure her Dad wasn’t taken advantage of by his fiance who was clearly using him for his money. Maybe hiring someone to try and get her to cheat wasn’t the best idea but she came from a good place about it. I loved Nate from the beginning and that only grew as the story went on. He lost his mother in a plane crash that impacted his life hard. His father went into a deep mourning and turned to alcohol to numb the pain. That left Nate caring for his younger sister and also trying to keep the house and pay all the bills. He is also an aspiring actor so Kris finding him when he worked at a local coffee shop, so it made sense for her to hire him to get her step-monster out. The two might have started strangers but definitely had a chemistry that couldn’t be denied. They did come from two different worlds but made sense as a couple. I loved Kris and Nate together and how hard they had to fight to be with each other when there was a price that was set on their love. There were a couple plot twists I didn’t see coming and I loved what they added to the storyline. The ending was perfectly them and wrapped up their story wonderfully.

Cindy Kay and Aiden Snow narrated as Kris and Nate and they did a great job bringing this story to life. Cindy’s narration was passionate and driven, just like Kris. Aiden did a great job bringing the caring and driven Nate to life. I loved how they portrayed these characters and enjoyed their narrations so much.

I liked the twists, I just felt like a lot happened near the end and it was a whirlwind

This author has not written a novel yet that I don’t fall in love with. The depth of her characters coupled with the chemistry they have is always a recipe for success. I enjoyed the plot line of this one a lot, looking forward to the final one in this series.
