A great read for the Prince fans

I loved everything about this book. It was funny,educational and I wish it was longer.. I am part of Gen X and the way that he describes the correlation between my generation and prince music makes so much sense

I love Prince because he never seem to be a “celebrity “ instead he in my mind could be my brother or someone I went to school with, someone relatable who has become something big in life. This story helps me see more of him in that way. Thank you

Worth a listen for Prince fans.

I liked this book. After a while the author/reader's manner of speech started to get to me. He has a certain lilt he uses in almost every phrase...a sing-songy thing. It only became annoying because he uses it constantly. You'll see what I mean..., As a very devout Prince fan, I enjoyed hearing the personal stories behind the man. I also like how the author gets into what made Prince so beloved amongst Gen X, and the American social and pop culture history that he explores.
