Impressed with the suggestions on self-discipline!

Keeping yourself under control is made a lot easier when you follow the guidelines in this book. If you put your mind to it, you can do nearly everything. You just need to understand how to focus and concentrate on the right things to accomplish your goals. With more self-discipline, you can even make new goals. I highly recommend this book,

Not good at all

This is really a complete waste of a book - I cannot believe that there are good reviews. The content is obvious and there is nothing in here apart from platitudes about resisting temptation. Worse, it sounds like it was written by a teenager, or perhaps written in another language and then translated to English by Google Translate--the prose is awful. One of the worst books I have found on Audible.

Frankly, it makes me wonder about whether the other reviews are fake, because I cannot imagine anyone giving this thing more than a star or two. In fact, looking at some of the more-recent reviews it looks like they are in fact fake, and are just copied from reviews of Jocko Willink's books - which I do recommend!

Thank goodness for Audible's return policy! Purchase at your own risk...

I highly recommend all his books

Clear and concise! We know that the root cause of success and failure depends on your self-discipline. This book is a fast-listen packed with practical ways to boost your self-discipline. I highly recommend all his books and this one in particular.

This book is helpful in covering how to be self-disciplined in all kinds of ways, whether it's for work or your personal life. Self Discipline Mastered

]I love that he includes an extensive list of strategies from which you can choose what you need most at any given time. I hope to re-listen to this book periodically as a way to evaluate my personal self discipline and to choose where I need focus next.

Learn how to Gain Self Discipline for Success

The book was very easy to listen to. It gave great information on how to practice and develop self discipline and how to use it in every day life. The part about creating a positive self image was probably the most important part of the book. Without the positive self image, it is impossible to develop self discipline

ideas are not fully articulated

the narrative low-key speaks against himself and it makes everything questionable. For example he says if you want to achieve success you have to work long nights, lose some sleep, do your work and work on your dream. Later on he says don't multitask and sleep is very important. I Kinda understand but still the narrative is not committed to one thing or maybe he didn't articulated himself enough

Very Pleased

I have listened to countless motivational books and speakers and this is the first one that I'm going to give a second listen to. It met and exceeded all my expectations and addressed the subject perfectly. I am looking for greater self-discipline in my life, not just motivation. A Great Guide
