My “bible”!!!!
I’m a former fitness manager, general manager and customer service manager for a massive northeastern conglomerate. I was handed this paperback by Ryan McKenzie himself when he was visiting Boston in the summer of 2017. I put it down until I was reassigned to a different location and after I read it, the 1st time, it became my “method” for all my personal trainers. New, intermediate and veteran. I honestly can’t speak more highly about the book and when I saw that it was available on Audible I lost it! If you are just finding your “why” or reclaiming it - A MUST! - Seán T Garcia
