loved every moment

Loved It! Pleasant surprise...

Just started reading Lisa Jewell & she has a 'cozy' way of writing. Immediately, I feel easily drawn into the setting, the dialogue and the circumstances. Very engaging without high drama or unbelievable circumstances/story lines. Lisa Jewell slips me into her world, without losing my interest, and regardless of the rabbit hole she's taking me down this time, I'm a willing participant!!

Best audiobook ever!

I listened to all of it in 2 days - captivating from start to finish! You won’t be disappointed but listen only when you have 1/2 day free.

An Unexpected Good Listen

Okay, so there are 3 stories going on. 2 current and one in 1993. The way they all come together is delightful. I thought I had it figured out and then it changed. I absolutely fell in love with the characters Alice and Frank.

good but a slow start

it took me about 30 minutes to.get into this book. It was also 3 starts, be patient it's good listening

LISTEN TO THIS BOOK, IT'S AMAZING!!

Wasn't sure at first about the narrator, by the third chapter she is now one of my favorites. The story is so great, I absolutely loves the characters. Seriously did not want it to end!!!

It was ok

Not the most exciting book. It was alright. I thought that story was going to take off, but it doesn’t

Slow start.

Easily predictable but good suspenseful ending. Almost didnt finish because first 3/4 of book are very slow.

So much better than the 3rd Wife

Absolutely loved this book. I liked the 3rd wife, but found the story a bit off. This story is tragic but beautiful. A great listen.

Compelling

I had some of the mystery figured out but had to wait until the end to have it unravelled for me. I really enjoyed this one.
