A Little Gem!
This is smaller than my average read, but packs a lot into it. The writing is great, with a fast-paced storyline that kept me turning pages. The author has introduced well-developed characters with secondary ones who are also very interesting. She explores the emotions following a miscarriage with sensitivity. A beautifully written romance.
The narrator does a good job, although there are several places where changes in volume cause her edits to be obvious.
