  • Come with an Open Mind to hypnosis

    Let me give you a quick overview of Hypnosis. Hypnosis is different from activities like meditation, yoga, or mindfulness. It's a fast way to relax both your body and mind. Sometimes people confuse hypnosis with online videos that show things like putting others in a trance or erasing memory. But that's not what hypnosis really is.

    Hypnosis requires both the therapist and the client to work together equally. The therapist can't do anything without the client's permission. So, I invite you to approach hypnosis with an open mind and discover what you can achieve through hypnosis or self-hypnosis.
