Publisher's summary

Become a hypnotist now!

Your weapon in fighting against stress.

Are you looking for ways to alleviate stress? Have you looked and found nothing that seems to work?

You may not be so familiar with this, but do you know that hypnosis can remove all the stress you're feeling right now?

It is no news to us that most of the time; stress usually is a result of thinking too much. The power of our mind can make us feel things that shouldn't even be there in the first place. When we sow good seeds in our mind, it reflects on the outside, and same goes when we sow the bad ones, too.

Ever heard of the saying: "What you think, manifests?" I'm sure you have.

This is where hypnotism comes in. It is a therapeutic tool that yields both mental and emotional balance. Also, they have been proven to provide physical relaxation, pain relief, better sleep, and reduced anxieties.

Although the word hypnosis comes out really strong for other people, it is considered safe when executed with proper precautions.

Here are four topics to be discussed in the book (Plus more!):

  • What is hypnotism?
  • Self-hypnosis - Preparation
  • The Real Game: Stage II and Stage III
  • How to hypnotize someone

This is your instructional guide to practice hypnotism. It has complete details that will fill your understanding and make for a successful experience!

Hypnosis isn't limited only to self; you can most certainly do it to people who are willing to undergo such therapy. All you need to do is practice.

Good luck and enjoy the ride!

Self Motivation Maybe... Hypnosis heck no lol

Falsely Advertised but could be a great self help book for addiction. Seemed like the author was trying to hypnotize me...

Dreadful

What would have made Hypnosis better?

Being written in English

Would you ever listen to anything by William Lockhart again?

No

What didn’t you like about Martin James’s performance?

Flat and monotonous

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Annotance

Any additional comments?

This was either written or translated by someone who appears to have learned English as a second language -- and not all that well. As it progresses, the language becomes increasingly awkward and contorted, to the point that it became, for me at least, the main focus (rather than the content -- which might have been OK if it could be figured out). The performance was flat and monotonous -- sounded like a machine voice.

English can't possibly be his first language

This reads like a rough draft put through Google translator. The narrator didn't help one bit. This inflections were so trite and didn't match the sentence structure at all. I seriously found myself wondering if it were being read by a piece of voicing software. I actually did listen to the whole book, somehow, and found a great deal of redundant repetition, empty drivel, aimless wandering, peppered with a few good ideas. The author appears to have paid for good reviews on Amazon. Read the one star reviews! They actually tell the truth.

couldn't understand a word he said

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I don't know anyone that would enjoy listening to a narrator that speaks at the speed of an auctioneer

Would you ever listen to anything by William Lockhart again?

Yes, with someone the can read at a comprehensible speed

Would you be willing to try another one of Martin James’s performances?

NO!!!

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I can't tell. The narrator was horrible.

Any additional comments?

Sit the narrator down and have a serious discussion with him about milking the company. The speed of his reading was an obvious way to get through the book as fast as possible so he could get paid. Or have the editorial staff conduct some quality control. The speed at which this book was read makes it utterly incomprehensible. It's just NOT a good thing to sell something to people that they can't use.
