It is elegantly composed and simple to peruse. It appears that "Hygge Movement" is detonating in the US and there are numerous books and items available to enable us to become "hyggefied". The way that this book began with the historical backdrop of the Danish culture and how hygee is available in all parts of their life made me feel cheerful this was not simply one more rehash of an excess of hygiene books and things. This is the ideal book for somebody who is new to Hygge, in spite of the fact that I accept the individuals who have been rehearsing Hygge for quite a while would discover new bits of knowledge about along these lines of living also. The writer addresses such a large number of parts of the way of life, I learned unquestionably more than I foresaw from this simple listen!

Its a combination of Montessori, attachment, and respectful parenting. If you have any interest in any of those this is an awesome read.

I really liked this book. There are few pictures but some good ideas about why the philosophy of hygge and the related philosophy of minimalism might contribute to happiness, a healthier environment, and more general life satisfaction. It was an easy read and I felt like the book gave some interesting perspective to hygge; that finding hygge can be different for each person.
