This is a complete five-book series urban fantasy adventure bundle.

Bound by duty. Marked by fate.

I’m Krystin Blackwood, and I’ve only ever been good at one thing: killing demons of Darkness.

But at 24, I’m about to face my toughest challenge yet: shifting from working alone to joining a team of three other Hunters. Newbie Hunters. They don’t know their magik, they barely know their place in the world, and when they find out the secrets I’ve been carrying, they’ll definitely decide it’s safer if they don’t know me.

But unfortunately for them - and me - Darkness has other plans. Lady Azar, Darkness’s heir, stole my new team leader’s son two years ago. Now, she and her lackeys are rallying to exchange Ben’s son for me because of the power I wield. I’m one-half of a prophecy to save an ancient city the Powers of Good lost centuries ago. And if I fail or die before that happens, the destruction of that city will be felt across all planes of existence.

If we can’t find Ben’s son before All Hallows’ Eve and somehow save him without putting my life at risk, that existential explosion will absolutely happen. But it’ll be nothing compared to the destruction wrought if Lady Azar changes Ben’s son into a demon...and her minion.

Because the only thing more dangerous than me with a blade is a father’s wrath.

This complete series bundle contains all five books of the Hunter Circles series: The Hunted, The Traitor, The Changed, The Hero, and The Power. All are full-length 60,000-plus-word urban-fantasy adventure novels full of nonstop, action-packed adventure and demon-fighting, magic, gray anti-heroes, a slow-burn romance, and a story full of heart from the very first chapter.

This story alternates between Krystin and Ben's POV. Krystin is a great multidimensional character. Ben, on the other hand, is a moron and consistently does the dumbest thing possible, which is a bit frustrating.
The narrator makes so unconventional voice choices at times (why is Shawn's voice so high) and occasional I think she uses the wrong voice.

Krystin is cool, but Ben is a moron

I found the audiobook hard to follow on who was saying what. I’m not sure if it was the way it was written or the way it was narrated but I listened to the whole set, so it wasn’t bad just not as entertaining as an “easy to listen to” story.

Maybe it’s just me?

I dislike to write bad reviews, but here I ... could not even finish first book.
Start of the book is as if you are thrown into full throttle of problems.
The "captain" of the team, is completely useless idiot, without any tactical mind, used to work completely on emotions as we hear "for years", I have no idea how could team survive even month with him in saddle..
The team is idiotic in a way that everyone knows that captain is idiot, doing wrong thing but braindead "I wont let him go alone".
The main girl is somehow bitchy but well... working on her ways, so I would give her pass BUT... a lot of problems even in first few hours could be solved just by her using her damn magic to stop the idiot and talk him down.. literally.. to not get her cover blown in their first night, she could use telekinetic energy to block him from going in and tell the reason, nope.. why not lose years of your progress in past for a team you know few hours.
Narrator often makes mistakes in voices, really bad timing on pauses between scenes or characters sometimes.
It was painful/cringe to listen to, I really hoped as I continued to hear someone getting a bit more clever... using tactic, or brain, but it just went on same note.. always in danger, always without plan, always doing the stupidest thing you could probably think up at that moment
Keep in mind I did not finish the book, but I had to pause every few minutes just to try and think.. how could they still be alive...

Not for me

I’ll start with the pros. I like the world building & the originality of the beings… with that said, so hard to finish this series due to the idiocy of the characters alone. Besides the hierarchy of the circles makes little to no sense, my big problem with the story is the complete stupidity of the characters. Oh, the leader is making bad calls, let’s still follow. Oh, the rage has me so super pumped I can kill the bad guy, let’s just stop because the three ur old is crying. It’s a constant borage of, not so much plot holes, but the most asinine plot directions die to mid storytelling.
If ur looking for something different & passable, sure, read it. If ur looking for something good, u probably want to spend a little more time looking.

So much idiocy

I didnt like it. Some things about it didn't make sense, like they hunt demons at night, but 1am is late?!? Also for being a team they weren't very loyal to eachother.

not good
