There is some good information here, but overall I think the book is a little flat. It is all about succeeding as an employee, so if you are looking for a more over-arching view of NLP, this may be only part of what you are looking for.

Kind of Interesting

With job security at an all time low, this is a great audio for anyone at any level of a company. Learning to handle conflict, work with others, understand body language, communicate effectively, and gain influencing skills are important ways to make you a valuable asset to your company. If you're not familiar with the NLP approach, it's a perfect way to learn to change your behavior and your mindset. I highly recommend this audio book.

Any additional comments?

This book was like listening to the song that never ends. Despite its title, the book professes at the beginning that it will not teach the concepts of NLP necessary to understand what it's trying to accomplish. For the rest of what I could actually stand to listen to, the book talks in circles, never actually getting to the meat of the matter. My guess is the author had about 3 paragraphs worth of stuff and figured no one would buy something that short, so he added hours of padding. I bet in school, his essays had the words "very, very, very, very... " in a lot of sentences. I bought it with a subscription credit, which means that I spent $11 on what was essentially a poorly written pamphlet.

Useless
