I use my personal experience to give examples of real-life situations for every step. The information that I have gathered is an accumulation of the best advice I have read, heard, and witnessed over the past six years or so. It was originally compiled to selfishly help me. Now, I want to share it with everyone who feels the same way I did, and still do, about completing a daunting, time-consuming task.

Excellent story that goes to show that your mindset is even more important at times than your physical ability to lift weights or complete a task. As someone with intermediate experience in weightlifting, this made me want to get back into a regular workout routine again and try the tips mentioned because I believe it would show a big difference in performance. Good read for beginners as well who are unsure about taking the first step in a physical fitness routine.

How to Grow Bigger and Strong Muscles by Growing the Mind was an awesome listen! As a long time lifter, I found Ryan's advice practical and undervalued. His chapter and recommendation to focus more on compound lifts to increase size is super beneficial, and often overlooked. I've implemented more compound lifts into my routine and have seen quite a difference. Possibly the most important thing Ryan discusses, is how he trained his mind. The chapters on the mind can be used in any aspects of life by those who don't care for lifting . I also liked hearing Ryan's transformation story, and coming from his own voice in the audio format was a great experience! Overall, highly recommend.
