So real

I bought this audiobook and have to say that it is probably one of the best "self-help" reads out there. Zachary is very realistic in his advice and he shares some of the tactics that work for him. What impressed me the most are the two underlying messages... 1) only you can make the changes, no one else, and 2) make changes in small pieces otherwise things won't work. I liked this approach and will be implementing it in my life. BUY THIS BOOK!

Very practical and helpful

The author offers numerous practical tips to change yourself by changing context, dynamics, and perspectives, among others. After purchasing a dozen or so other books in this fields, I began to favor this book because of its relevance and abundance of prescribed recipes. It is less on theory and longer on solutions.

Must read if you want to begin changing your life

This book is a great introduction to change. It outlines techniques, practices, and applications to begin making a difference in your current position and mental state. It gives you practical knowledge on how to implement changes in thought, behavior, and action. It covers every facet of stagnation including mental afflictions and overall fear. Directions are given on good mental health practice, physical exercise, and methods to coping with an increasingly chaotic world. I would recommend this book to even those who do not suffer mental afflictions, as a guide to becoming the best you can truly be.

Great read!

He brings together his real life experience with many timeless and helpful self help principles. He also helps you take actions and gives you ideas that you can use to feel better right away. I listened to this during a tough time in my life and it helped a lot. Thank you Zachary!

Mostly Platitudes

I mean, if motivational quotes get you going then this book is for you. There are a few actual strategies and exercises peppered in, but I just couldn't keep listening. I'm not interested in a bunch of quotes about life by celebrities.

I enjoyed so much.

Listening to this book, it was the best therapy your my soul and my mind needed. I disregarded what did not apply to me, had an open mind to what I may not agree with, and i am holding on to the advise that best suits me. In my case, the book it was therapeutic.

Can't recommend

Couldn't listen more than 10min, the narrator coughed, chewed, etc. Waste of money.aybe purchase a hard copy, couldn't say, but don't purchase the audiobook.

Excellent guide!

It certainly helped me to orientate my thoughts, spot some bad habits Within, hear clear straight truths about life and have it nicely organised.
I certainly enjoyed Zachary’s writing style and approach.
