This book is very informative and useful.
If you want to get the information how to analyse people, then this book is for you. I am interested in this topic and my friend recommended me this guide. From this book, I learned how to tell when a person is reacting well to my words or when I have bored angered or annoyed them. The author gives us the recommendations how to spot signs of discomfort and how to reassure or relax. Now I know how to read a person's body language and understand what they aren't saying just as fully as what they are saying. This book is very informative and useful. It is well written and easy to understand. It is worth LISTENING.
