Fast forward to now, I’m coaching some of the NBA’s best. They call me "the machine" because I’m obsessed with stats and data, and my near-photographic memory means I remember every play. I see the court clearly. But I never saw her coming. Quinn Barrow stops me in my tracks. Pursuing my first championship, there’s been no time for love. A nice way to fall back into the Hoops universe. With little cameos of beloved characters. And the stories stand on their own merit. “Fast Break” was short and sweet. While “Full-Court Press” told a more in depth story of the ways Avery & Decker had loved and lost, yet still dared to try again.

This Writer is Outstanding! She's just so talented and I have enjoyed everything of hers.

Short and love the crossover....

I really enjoyed these 2 shorts as part of the larger hoop series. they were independent but really good to have cameos from some of the characters in the series. these individuals were embedded in the others as friends and I was always curious about coaches relationship with the TV newscaster. Great sex scenes as always in a Kennedy book but more importantly great chemistry between the characters.

Gahhhhhh these two are so sweet and I swear it's so like Kennedy to be like, oh hey here's a novella THAT'LL RIP YOUR HEART OUT, I mean sheesh, usually novellas are lighthearted lol BUT it was so so good and worth the pain. Decker and Avery were so meant to be and the only thing I wish we got more of was Deck's single dad-ness. I adored Kiara.

My goodness I loved these two. I adored Quinn from the first time we met her in Long Shot, but my adoration only skyrocketed when she got her own novella. Her story showcased her resilience and strength and I just loved her, and Ean, so much.

Audio was perfect to boot. I love Andi Arndt so dang much and she made this such a treat to listen to.
