I Loved Their Friendship/Family Dynamic
I love the comradery among the group of friends that supported one another; they essentially were family to each other...they lifted each other up and helped each other get through past trauma...This really would have been a great full length novel. I would have loved following this group on their journey to adulthood. I loved the relationship that developed over the years between Emya & Tony....it was inevitable that they would fall in love. The Audiobook was fire....anytime Wesleigh narrates you are sure to have a superior listening experience...not to mention, she had Winston on with her this time! Absolute Fire.

I want more!
This was so good. I didnt want it to end. The story pulled me in and had just enough drama and a whole lot of steam to have me all invested. The narration was great. Of course Ms Wesleigh is a go to but let me say the make narrator has ARRIVED 🤣 he did such a great job.... he definitely is 1 of my top 3 male narrators

Read It AND Listened Too
I stumbled on Ms Pynn's work about a month ago and this was my first book that I read. I liked it so much that when I saw it was on Audible AND my girl Wesleigh was narrating, I was SOLD and listened in one setting! Even though Winston is no Emmanuel, he didn't do bad at all with this book either. I loved this friends to lovers plot with Emaya and Tony with an HBCU as the scene! And after reading several of this authors other books, I am indeed a fan of of Ms Pynn's pen!
