Publisher's Summary

The only thing more shocking than getting sold by my boyfriend? Who he sold me to...

June: Over the years with Razo, I've learned to keep my mouth shut. Learned not to fight back. Learned that talking only makes it bad...fighting only makes it worse. I shut down my feelings long ago. Because it’s the only way to survive.

But then Razo sells me...to a dangerous biker with zero morals and a sick upbringing. A psycho who makes me feel like I have a flock of ravens inside my stomach. He never hesitates to remind me: I belong to him now.

And he'll do just about anything to keep me.

Crazy. Psycho. Killer.

Mason: I know I'm crazy. I know I'm scary. And I definitely know I don't got no business buying some girl off a gang leader I'm supposed to be selling guns to. Fact is, her kind and my kind…we ain't never supposed to mix.

See, I know all this. But I don't care.

She belongs to me now. Don’t matter how I got her, only that I'm keepin' her. And I'm going to make her mine in all the ways that count.

Nobody and nothing is going to keep us apart.

Loved the characters... epilogue is silly

Mason, the supposedly psycho killer, is much too kind and generous. He is too easy to love even with his pasts. June is an abused woman who has bared way too much. This is very sad to endure. Watching her recover and become her true self was worth listening. Jordan who is ten is way TOO wise for his age. I didn't think this was believable. Sometimes, he was a young kid and other times he was a wise man. Too much flip-flopping. This is a good story... moves along a bit slowly. Entertaining though. Epilogue is silly, unrelated and unnecessary. The author puts herself into the book. Cute I suppose. This book is definitely worth listening. Enjoy!

Amazing

Hate to be left hanging. Loved Mason, June, and Jordan but I wanted more. Thanks to the author for all the input but please continue their story. I for one dont like cliffhangers. I don't care if it is a series some closure and lead in to the next helps but that was too sad! Where is my HEA!

what?

I got the beginning. I got the middle. The ending and epilogue (what?) I gave it 3 stars just because of the ending.

Great ( Until???)

I loved this book until the epilogue. While I did understand what was happening, I don't understand why. I can't explain because it would be a spoiler. If this had happened in book 2 of The Bad Fairgoods, I might have understood but after the exciting story to be let down like that was just wrong. I tried to think why any author never mind a usually excellent one like Ms.. Taylor would end a good story this way. It was like she got tired & came up with a cop out ending. I still gave it 4 stars because even with the wack epilogue it was still a good book. Clementine Dove was excellent in her reading.

Good

I really liked this book and would recommend it. I wish this book was a TV show or movie. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. It covered real life issues like sex trafficking, drugs and gun running . Parents on drugs and leaving their children to fend for themselves. I wish this author didn't use God's name in vain. You don't have to use "GD" to have a great book. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars. This couple loved hard after they both had hard times in their lives. They were great together. I really liked Jordan, because eventhough this child had it hard he always had a positive attitude. It was great to know he had this couple in his life and he in their lives. I'm so glad Theodora Taylor's books are on audible. I read them and couldn't wait for them to be on audible. It was disappointing to hear that an excerpt from Holt was going to be at the end and it wasn't. I can't for that book to be on audible and my favorite one Her Russian Surrender.

This is the best

This is a good story, Mason is lovable to June and June can talk to Mason. The epilogue could have been better. And I would like to see these characters again.

Epilogue is corny and cringey.

Why take the time to craft this story and create these characters only to drop the ball and ruin the flow with that stupid epilogue. Take the time to Respect and love your story to the very end..

Why did TT have to put herself in it? Really?

I loved all three series until the end. The end didn’t really match the theme in my opinion. It skip an entire part after the last event. O well. The other two books were amazing and this was ok.

Great Book 3

All three books in this series were good, but this one is my favorite. The characters presented with so much emotion as they struggled to keep their sanity in trying situations. I really liked all of the action, drama, and romance. Narrator did a wonderful job as usual. Hopefully there will be a book 4!
