Missing a key step

While this book has great advice, it is missing a first key piece of information for the users to figure out. Where to come up with the initial capital needed to invest in real estate to begin the steps outlined in the rest of the text. Beyond that, the steps are logical, concise and practical. If someone has the capital but not the know-how to get into real estate, this book will be a valuable guide. $I received a copy of this book for free in agreement for writing an honest review.

Have Capital, Buy property.

Couldn't really get behind this book. I mean, in high school, are you really going to have the capital to buy property and hire employees? Narration was alright though.
