Quick and direct to the point, how I missed this book years ago is I don’t know but I’m sure I will get back to it multiple times.

Every manager and executive needs to read this book. It is full of hard-earned experience that applies to many industries. Worth the read!

High Output Management

This book was amazing! It had great metaphors and analogies that went along with real world examples of managing tips that you can use at your own organization - even in 2022. I will definitely be revisiting this book so I can drill the concepts into my head. FYI, the narrator sounds like a radio show host from the 1960's.

Good Techniques

Very good insight into what makes a high performing manager. Gave some great advice and tips on how to improve your management performance. Also went over some difficult issues and gave good techniques on how to manage through them.
