Boring
In spite of a serial killer who tries his best to let the reader understand the inner forces that make him kill, the story line remains slow and boring.. The narrator put me to sleep several times which is an achievement in itself. The sound of her voice is boring too, sometimes mispronouncing words. You can't tell one character from the other. She just reads on where there surely must be a new paragraph without a pause. Professional editing should have noticed that a sentence was read out twice...not intentionally as if it was party of the narrative.Just an oversight. I returned the book about 40% in.
