Disciplined, creative and funny

The narrator is key in understanding the characters in this wonderfully written book. I now expect this of T Kingfisher and I’m never disappointed. Do yourself a favor and spend that credit.

Refreshing

It was so wonderful to read fantasy with an adult character, with adult problems, mature reactions, and fun personality quirks. I could actually see myself in her shoes throughout the wild twists and turns. Ok, time for a nap.
