Confession: I’m known for writing the best happily ever afters… but I don’t believe in love.

But you’re not allowed to say that on live TV when you’re promoting the movie based on your book. The movie producers will get really mad and threaten to cancel the sequel. Unless you can prove to the public that you have a boyfriend. A real one not nestled in the pages of a book.

Jonas seems like the perfect option for a fake boyfriend–a vanilla accountant that I would never in a million years catch feelings for. That is until I get to know him more…

He’s dependable, thoughtful, and has the kind of family I wish I’d had growing up.

This fake relationship was supposed to save my career from ruin, but now I’m worried it will ruin my heart instead.

Confessions of a Smutty Romance Writer is a spicy rom com told from dual perspectives featuring a confident plus size heroine, a hot (and totally not boring) accountant, and plenty of spice. Listeners 18 and up, enjoy. ;)

A boring accountant….sure

When is tax season again? He is patient, understanding and boring in all the right ways 😉. She is relatable and unapologetic until it comes to her inner child. I love that this writer writes for us curvy girls and does it in a way that makes you feel seen!

Fake relationship trope ❤️‍🔥

I always love the fake relationship trope, and reading about these characters love story! As always I love how so many of Kelsie Hoss’ characters connect from multiple books! I love being able to both listen and read the books, and the narrators of the story have done an amazing job telling Kelsie Hoss’s stories!

I couldn’t stop listening!

Dare I say that this book made me tear up a little. The love story is one that women dream of. I know that the other parents in the school pick up line thought I was crazy as I cheered in my car when hearing how it ended. I can’t give it away so you will just have to read it for yourself.

Unlikable and Uncompromising “Heroine”

Man, I don’t know if I’ve ever read a more unlikable lead woman. Throughout the book she is unwilling to see beyond her own feelings and emotions. Jonas is such a whipped character, and has no personality. The troubles that the characters face seem relatable, but her selfishness and his unwillingness to stand up for himself make this book incredibly hard to get through. Yuck.
