Entertaining
I was worried when I bought this box set that I purchased a box set of books that I already bought the individual books of. I have done that once before. But was extremely happy that this was not the case. Each book was basically a short story about an hour or so long. Each were very entertaining and I enjoyed the listen. This author has what I really like in a story. She writes the history of each place that was haunted and what made it that way then modernized the story to the current times. It was worth the credit for me because this is the stuff I really like.
I know the narrator was AI and not a real person. The voice was pleasant to listen to but since it was AI it obviously lacked emotion in some of the scenes where a real person would have provided the appropriate emotion. But for me it didn’t take away from the story or the way the author wrote. Which is why overall I gave a five star rating.

I’m sure this book would’ve been much better in the stories would’ve been much more interesting if it wasn’t read like a book report by an AI!!!!

New A.I. narrators
If this is what audible books are going to turn to, I’m out. The narrative has zero emotion and just runs together without any dramatic pauses or space between critical transfers. It is worse than sitting through a meeting at work.
