I don’t usually write reviews...

But I’m writing one this time to explain why I only gave the performance 4 stars. Zachary Webber is 5 stars, as usual, but Samantha Cook’s voice didn’t work for me at all and was very distracting. I’m sorry to sound so harsh but the narrator can make or break a story and I had a hard time listening when it was her turn.

Hard Sell

Loved it! I couldn't wait to get back to my book! Loved the story of Sabrina and Matt.

High powered couple

This is a good book about two people who are successful in life, but leery of commitment. Matt and Sabrina have crazy chemistry, but both have crappy parents who make commitment look foolish. I like their lovers-to-enemies-to-fake-partners-to-lovers story.

The secondary characters are good as well, and add to the story without dragging it out. Laura and Ian are around, and I see Kennedy’s story building!

The readers do a good job, Samantha is a bit stilted at times, but does male voices well. I recommend this book!

Sexy

Sexy, sweet, and crazy. Loved this book as much as the first one I listened to, Hot Asset, now on to the next in this cute and witty romance series 😁

good stuff

I like this series of characters and the story is well written. The only catch for me was the female narration was so slow! Thankfully it's an easy fix on audible by increasing the speed.
